Who Are We ?
Nutty’s Adventures is not your every-day tour operator, we specialise in CommunityBased Tourism (CBT) and offer all types of responsible travel, green eco-adventures and special interest tours, bringing together high-quality cycling tours, mountain treks, riverbased adventures and much more, throughout Thailand and our neighbouring counties. With Nutty’s CBT trips, guests have an opportunity to experience and learn about the community and the environment through fun, “hands-on” activities led by local community guides. These include jungle trekking, traditional fishing, hand-weaving cloth and using natural dyes, cooking lessons and much more.
These tourism services and activities are planned and managed by local people, working together in a “CBT Group.” The programmes are specially designed to support community and environmental projects, build local skills and distribute opportunitiesfairly.
Guests experience and learn about rural people, their lives, cultures and interrelationships with the natural world. Nutty’s Adventures hope that this will increase respect for local cultures and the environment among both hosts and guests. Our philosophy is to minimise the environmental and social impact of tourism activities, whilst providing opportunities for visitors to responsibly contribute to the well-being of the local communities. Since the conception of Nutty’s Adventures in 2004 we have been committed to operating in a sustainable way; we have been a Travelife Partner since 2015 and received Travelife Certification in July 2018, only the third company in Thailand to achieve this distinction.

Nithi Subhongsang
Nutty – The company co-founder is the ultimate jack-of-all-trades at Nutty’s Adventures. He can just as easily be seen perched on a bicycle as a tour guide as sitting in front of a computer doing office work, or in the back room inspecting equipment. If you ever attended a travel fair or tourism conference, then the odds are that you will bump into him one day.
Nutty earned his nickname because he walks on the wild side, often taking great risks so that new traveling routes can be offered in support of remote unknown communities. With 22 years’ experience in the tourism industry, Nutty has developed a deep passion for sustainable tourism and responsible travel. He is a strong advocate of CommunityBased Tourism involving small rural villages as unique destinations.
Nattapak Sathierujikanon
Natasha ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes at Nutty’s Adventures. With her deep love for Thailand, community-based tourism, and responsible travel, she brings both passion and precision to her role.
Known for her radiant smile and warm, welcoming nature, Natasha makes every guest and team member feel instantly at home. Her generous spirit and can-do attitude mean no task is too big, and no detail too small. Whether coordinating logistics or supporting partners, Natasha is the steady force that keeps the adventure flowing. –

Julian Kappes
Julian brings over a decade of experience bridging cultures, communities, and care systems across Southeast Asia. Originally trained as a geriatric nurse in Germany, Julian Julian Kappes – General Manager now leads inclusive travel initiatives that combine European care standards with Thai hospitality. His work empowers travelers of all abilities to explore the world with dignity, safety, and joy.
Julian is fluent in German and English, conversational in Thai, and deeply committed to ethical tourism that uplifts local communities. Whether facilitating workshops, composing bilingual content, or advocating for industry-wide change, he champions travel as a tool for healing, belonging, and transformation.
Andrew Lewis
Andy – has more years’ experience in the travel industry than he wants to say but we can tell you that it is over 40 years. He has worked in England, Holland, Denmark and for the past 25 years Thailand has been his home.
As Sales and Marketing Manager, Andy will be the face of Nutty’s Adventures around the world as he delivers the message of responsible tourism, a personal goal of his for all of these 40 years, and how we can deliver that to you clients. If you want anything from Nutty’s, just drop him a line.
Intira Pratheepsukton
Pang was born in Sing Buri and graduated from the Rajamangala University of
Technology Suvarnabhum with a Major in Tourism and an Bachelor Degree of Arts.
She interested in the journey. She love for exploring new places and experiencing
different cultures, This enriching journey has not only broadened my horizons but has also ignited a desire to contribute to the development and promotion of sustainable tourism practices.
Seangdao Mathong
Mar is also from Ayutthaya and graduated from Pattana Business Administration
College with a Computer Major.
She works at our Accounting department and has a job with a lots of responsibilities.
With her smile and funny attitude, she always cheers up the whole team at work
Her free time hobbies are listening to music and photography.
Mar loves to go to the beach and her favorite Island is Koh Phi Phi
