Tour Itinerary:

Bangkok - Rayong

Take the BTS to Ekkamai Bus Station, then board the bus to Ban Prasae fishing village in Rayong Province—a journey of around 3½ hours. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by our host and taken to your homestay. Settle in and relax.

Once a major fishing port at the mouth of the Prasae River, Ban Prasae now faces challenges due to declining fish stocks. In response, the community has embraced community-based tourism, welcoming guests into their homes to help preserve their traditional lifestyle and fishing heritage.

After lunch, enjoy a cycling tour through the area, stopping at local fruit orchards to taste fresh seasonal produce straight from the trees. The highlight of the ride is a visit to the Toong Pong Thong mangrove forest, known for its golden canopy and ecological richness. Afterwards, take time to explore the village at your own pace before settling in for the evening with your host family.

Island Hopping at Mon Nai and Mon Klang Island

Enjoy a hearty breakfast before setting off by boat to Mon Nai Island and nearby Mon Klang for a full day of snorkelling and swimming at pristine white-sand beaches. During the trip, visit a sea turtle conservation centre that forms part of the Royal Project Thailand, which supports traditional coastal lifestyles and protects natural marine resources. After the excursion, return to your homestay for a well-earned rest. Spend the evening exploring the village or chatting with locals before settling in for the night.

Rayong - Bangkok/ Koh Chang

Enjoy breakfast at the homestay before taking a local Sam Lor to explore the morning market. If timing allows, you may have the chance to offer food to monks during their alms round through the village en route to the temple. Afterwards, return to the homestay, pack your things, and say farewell to your host family.

From here, you can either take the bus back to Bangkok or continue to the pier in Trat (around 2 hours) and catch the Koh Chang ferry across to the island.
